I just received my boots, size 15, they are 2-3 sizes too big, I do wear 15. All of your reviews say they are true to size but this pair is way off. What size would you recommend I try it next

Hi Bennett. We're sorry for any disappointment in the fit of your boots. If they feel 2-3 sizes too big, we suggest you try boots 2-3 sizes smaller. We have a 90 day return policy and you may also make returns in any of our stores.

I shop all the time on your site for my husband and son. My son needs cold weather boots and has had difficulty finding a pr with a wide calf. He also needs wide and saw these boots and great price put them into my cart.....but was hoping that the calf width is average or slightly larger, please advise and thanks

These boots are lined with Thinsulate for insulation, but do not have a temperature rating on them. They are listed as a "foul weather" boot and for winter wear.
